Behind your service

Your tools. Our delivery responsibility.

Productcraft connects approved records to a recurring service and returns checked work to the process your team uses. We assess access, data quality, and delivery requirements before agreeing the service.

Delivery around your existing tools

The right records in.
Checked work back.

Your CRM, ERP, HR, finance, and collaboration tools remain the source of record. Productcraft designs a connected service around the job, with approved results returned to the workflow your team uses.

Proposed integration pattern · interfaces assessed during scoping
  1. 01Keep your systems

Use current records, permissions, and business ownership.

  2. 02Connect with permission

Read through suitable APIs, scoped connectors, or agreed exports.

  3. 03Prepare + check

AI interprets inputs; code checks rules; people approve reserved actions.

  4. 04Deliver + confirm

Return checked results through an approved write or human-reviewed import.

Fit before expansion.

We assess supported interfaces, data quality, rate limits, access controls, and write safety. Where a tool cannot support the workflow, we disclose the change or manual handoff required. Keeping your systems is the design preference, not a promise of universal compatibility.

From capability to outcome

Current AI capabilities.
Practical business applications.

Sources checked 31 October 2026. These are documented capabilities, not a claim that every feature is newly released or included in every engagement. Availability varies by provider, model, hosting environment, and data requirements.

01

Connected tool use

Agents can request structured actions against tools. Scoped APIs and MCP connections can make existing records and operations available.

The Productcraft application

For Sales: retrieve an opportunity and prepare its next update. Productcraft adds identity checks, least-privilege access, approval, and duplicate protection.

02

Structured outputs

Schema-constrained outputs can produce consistently shaped fields for downstream software. Valid structure alone does not establish factual correctness.

The Productcraft application

For Finance: extract invoice fields into a defined record. Productcraft checks sources, totals, matching rules, and exceptions before accepting the result.

03

Document understanding

PDF-capable models can work with document text and visual content, including layouts and figures. Quality and format limits still apply.

The Productcraft application

For Operations: interpret incoming supplier documents. Productcraft tests representative formats and routes unclear or missing fields to review.

04

Selective tool discovery

Tool search can find relevant tools on demand. Programmatic tool calling can coordinate several operations through code.

The Productcraft application

For cross-team work: gather only the authorized records needed for a job. Productcraft controls tool access, retries, execution budgets, and result validation.

05

Reusable task instructions

Agent Skills package task instructions and supporting resources so a workflow can apply repeatable procedures.

The Productcraft application

For Marketing: reuse approved preparation instructions. Productcraft versions the procedure, tests changed rules, and keeps publishing approval with the team.

The applications above are Productcraft service designs based on these capabilities, not vendor endorsements or verified customer deployments. Model and tool choices follow the requirements of the specific workflow.

Adoption without a big-bang rollout

Earn the right to expand.

Adoption path / each stage has a release condition
  1. 01Scope the outcome

Agree the workload, system owner, baseline, acceptance criteria, and boundaries.

  2. 02Shadow the process

Read approved inputs and compare results with current work. No production writes.

  3. 03Assist the team

Deliver drafts and evidence to reviewers. Track corrections, time, and exceptions.

  4. 04Enable approved actions

Allow bounded writes only after permissions, confirmation, recovery, and evaluation pass.

  5. 05Expand capacity

Increase volume or adjacent tasks only when service quality and operating limits support it.

Setup & integration

Productcraft maps the process, assesses tools and data, implements suitable connections, and builds the working service.

Evaluation & adoption

We test representative and failure cases, train the process owners, and agree who handles exceptions and approval.

Operation & improvement

We scope monitoring, support, incident recovery, and periodic evaluation. Model or rule changes pass checks before release.

Capacity is a system question

More accepted work.
With the same human time?

Explore the capacity of your team

Enter total human handling time per accepted result, including review and correction.

Illustrative human-effort capacity · accepted results / week
Current process80
With the proposed service133

+53 results / week

Calculation: floor(available hours × 60 ÷ minutes per accepted result). This estimates the human-effort limit, not a delivery guarantee. Demand, reviewer availability, model/API limits, system throughput, setup, and quality can constrain actual capacity. Defaults are assumptions; no customer data is used.

How we validate the gain

Run a matched pilot on the same type of work. Measure accepted results, total human effort, elapsed time, error rate, and full operating cost. Check downstream bottlenecks before raising volume. Time released only becomes value when the business can use it.
