Your inquiry
When you submit an inquiry, Productcraft receives your contact details, description of the work, and any optional business context. We store this information in a private Cloudflare D1 database to respond to your request and manage follow-up. The form confirms receipt after storage has been verified.
Submitting an inquiry allows us to respond to the business conversation you request. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion through our contact page.
Lead source
The website stores the landing-page path and campaign labels in your browser’s session storage. These fields accompany an inquiry when you submit it. We use them to understand where inquiries originate. This feature collects no cross-site advertising identifiers.
Hosting and form protection
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes connection information to deliver pages, protect the form, and operate the service. The form uses an IP-based rate limit. Productcraft does not store IP addresses in the inquiry database or include inquiry contents in application error logs.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are kept while needed for your conversation, follow-up, or related business records, subject to applicable obligations. Access is restricted through Productcraft’s Cloudflare account. Please keep passwords, sensitive personal records, and confidential customer documents out of your initial inquiry.
Other services
Fonts and images are served with this website. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. If you contact us on LinkedIn, that service processes the information under its own privacy practices.
Business engagements
Data access, retention, third-party services, and the requirements of a proposed service are agreed separately before delivery begins.
