Our approach

From business bottleneck to an accepted result.

A clear delivery process: understand the current cost, define the outcome, test representative work, and launch with named owners. Productcraft owns execution and correction within the agreed scope. Your team owns the business decisions reserved to it.

01
Understand

Start with the actual work.

Map a recent job, its inputs, people, systems, and exceptions. Establish the baseline and the business reason to change.

Workload + baseline
02
Design

Define what useful completion means.

Choose the simplest suitable approach. Define allowed actions, source access, quality checks, and the decisions reserved to people.

Service agreement + acceptance criteria
03
Validate

Test the ordinary and the awkward.

Evaluate representative cases, incomplete inputs, contradictions, and tool failures. Check the result and the effort needed to review it.

Evaluation results + failure handling
04
Launch

Make responsibility explicit.

Agree deployment scope, review capacity, operating ownership, support, and rollback or handover needs before the workflow starts real work.

Delivery schedule + named owners
05
Improve

Let evidence guide what comes next.

Review accepted results, turnaround, corrections, and operating cost. Expand only when the evidence supports it.

Operating review + improvement plan

Make the invisible visible

between the steps.

Walk through a synthetic onboarding example. Notice how missing information becomes an explicit exception, and final approval stays with the account owner.

Gather the inputs

Three synthetic client records arrive with an intake form and supporting documents.

Clarity before commitment

Questions worth asking.

What does Productcraft deliver?

A defined piece of recurring business work, such as a checked client handoff pack, a proposal ready for commercial approval, or a reconciled weekly report. Your service agreement sets the deliverable, completion standard, and responsibilities.

What makes the service AI-native?

AI and software are built into how the work gets done. They gather context and prepare outputs, while business rules and human judgment support quality, exceptions, and reserved decisions. Productcraft owns delivery within the agreed scope.

How do we start?

Describe one recurring job, its frequency, and who handles it today. We assess the inputs and completion standard, then propose a focused pilot with agreed deliverables, fees, and timing.

What do we still need to do?

Provide the agreed inputs and a person who can make reserved business decisions. We specify your review responsibilities before starting. Productcraft handles preparation, agreed checks, and corrections within scope.

What happens if work needs correcting?

Work that misses the agreed standard follows the correction process in your proposal. We make missing inputs and exceptions visible, assign an owner, and recheck corrected outputs. Scope changes are discussed separately.

How often will we receive work?

Delivery follows the schedule agreed for your workload, such as per new client or per reporting period. Turnaround, volume limits, and what happens when inputs are late are specified before work begins.

How is the service priced?

Setup and pilot fees are quoted separately from ongoing delivery. Recurring pricing reflects the defined workload, volume, quality checks, and human review required. Per-result pricing can be agreed where acceptance is measurable.

Can we use our existing tools?

We assess your CRM, documents, spreadsheets, and other systems during scoping. Depending on available access, the service can use approved integrations, exports, or a documented handoff.

How we build the value

The model is one part.
The service is the whole system.

Our product approach combines reusable delivery systems with your operating rules. The innovation is in reliably moving work from a request to an accepted result—and learning where the process needs to improve.

01

Connect the work

Permissioned integrations bring the right records into the workflow and move approved results into the systems your team uses.

02

Execute with business logic

Models interpret unstructured inputs. Conventional code handles calculations, validation, duplicate checks, and repeatable rules. Agents coordinate only the steps that need flexibility.

03

Evaluate the result

Representative cases and failure scenarios test the whole workflow against an acceptance standard, including missing inputs, incorrect outputs, and unavailable tools.

04

Give people useful control

An interface for requests, status, evidence, approvals, and exceptions supports the service. Reviewers receive context and authority, not just an approve button.

05

Operate and recover

Agreed retries, logs, escalation, correction, and ownership make failures visible. A draft is not marked complete simply because a model produced it.

06

Improve the service economics

Track accepted results, review effort, rework, turnaround, and cost per accepted result. Use reviewed failures to improve rules and evaluations before expanding scope.

What the customer purchases

A defined workload and acceptance standard, supported by software and human judgment. Setup and recurring delivery can be scoped separately; per-result pricing is appropriate only when acceptance can be measured. Implementation and operating commitments are specified in each engagement.

Delivery around your existing tools

The right records in.
Checked work back.

Your CRM, ERP, HR, finance, and collaboration tools remain the source of record. Productcraft designs a connected service around the job, with approved results returned to the workflow your team uses.

Proposed integration pattern · interfaces assessed during scoping
  1. 01Keep your systems

Use current records, permissions, and business ownership.

  2. 02Connect with permission

Read through suitable APIs, scoped connectors, or agreed exports.

  3. 03Prepare + check

AI interprets inputs; code checks rules; people approve reserved actions.

  4. 04Deliver + confirm

Return checked results through an approved write or human-reviewed import.

Fit before expansion.

We assess supported interfaces, data quality, rate limits, access controls, and write safety. Where a tool cannot support the workflow, we disclose the change or manual handoff required. Keeping your systems is the design preference, not a promise of universal compatibility.
